AHA with our partner, Wild Rivers Conservancy, will be hosting an intro to ice fishing event this Saturday. We’ll have all the necessities to help you or your child to catch your first fish. you'll learn how to use the equipment, fish species identification, rules and regulations, and connections between clean water and fish populations. All you need to bring is excitement to learn and winter weather gear to stay warm on the ice."

What to Bring: 
•	Warm winter clothes
•	Gloves, hat, face cover
•	Warm boots

Parking in the lot at the above address is free, but there are unfortunately no permanent restrooms on site. Because this event will take place in WI, participants will not be covered under our MN Educational Fishing Permit Waiver. Anybody of age 16 or older requires a fishing license in WI, and can find more information here: https://dnr.wisconsin.gov/topic/Fishing/outreach/FishingLicenses
