Join us at Lu’s Place on Friday 21st November from 9:30am for a blissful morning of yoga and brunch. 

Enjoy a one-hour yoga session at 9:30am hosted by the fabulous Victoria Shanahan Yoga & Fi’s Yoga Flow. 

Following this, enjoy a refuelling brunch. Choose from Eggs Benny, Smashed Avo, or a breakfast sandwich (dine-in or takeout) plus a hot drink of your choice. 

The session is perfect for all levels and will leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired (a reasonable level of fitness and mobility is needed).

Terms:
•	The £30 ticket price includes a one-hour yoga session with Victoria Shanahan Yoga & Fi’s Yoga Flow, one brunch dish (Eggs Benny/Smashed Avo/Breakfast Sandwich) plus one hot drink per person
•	Any additional food or drink ordered will be chargeable 
•	The yoga session will take place in our ‘Glasshouse area’ and tables will be available for the brunch in our main café area on a first come first served basis
•	All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
•	Dogs will not be permitted into Lu’s Place for this experience
•	No own food or drink is to be brought on to the premises
•	The event is managed and hosted by a 3rd party, please refer to their terms and conditions or contact them directly with queries
•	Lu’s Place reserves the right to update the ‘Yoga Brunch’ experience terms at its discretion
