Volunteer Recruitment Weekend

Would you love to find a new hobby, learn new skills, make friends and keep history alive in your local museum. Visit the museum this weekend to see our volunteers in action and have a go at learning some new ‘old Victorian’ skills.
Try your hand at weaving, spinning, clogging, bread making and see if you would like to learn more. We are looking for volunteers for the:

Schools' team
Outreach visits
Tearoom
Maintenance
Collections
Weaving
Spinning
Clogging
Washing
Baking & bread team.

There will be a role for you, or multiples roles you can have a go at. The minimum we ask is one shift per month however if you would like to do more that would be welcomed. Come along and have look around and a chat to see if you would like to join any of our teams.
