What is Rhythmic Movement Training?
RMT is a movement based reflex integration programme that replicates the movements that babies naturally make in the course of their development. The movements support the formation of the neurological foundations for learning. They can be done with any age or ability and help to improve muscle tone, posture, physical co-ordination, hypersensitivities, well-being and emotional behaviour.
Kate Rigby is mother to two lovely young boys one of whom happens to have Down Syndrome. She came across RMT in her path to help her sons, but also found it made a massive positive change to her own life. She works 1-1 with children and adults and loves helping them deal with the challenges they are facing including autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, dyslexia, anxiety, anger, difficulties with concentration & focus, problems learning to read & write, and general learning delays.
About The Host: Primitive Reflex Integration therapist and Safe & Sound Protocol Provider. I help to overcome learning, sensory, emotional & behavioural challenges for children & adults whilst also helping with autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, dyslexia, and learning difficulties
