Aimed at ages 3-5, however if your little one is 2+ and showing signs of being able to hold focus for 30mins, we encourage you!

Through imaginative movement, storytelling and music children will explore yoga while building confidence, co-ordination and self awareness.

Each session will explore a fun theme, such as animals, nature & emotions alongside breathing exercises and mindful moments to support children to find calm in their bodies & minds.

@heartleysyoga creates a safe & joyful space and we’re so looking forward to this new addition to our timetable.

£35 for all 5 weeks or drop in for £8.50, this price includes a tea or coffee for one parent/guardian.
