Within this session, Laura Greenwood - leading parental Mental Health expert - talks about why we experience guilt in Motherhood and how we can move to overcoming excessive, pervasive guilt, which prevents us from embracing our Motherhood experience. Moving closer to being the Mother and person we were always meant to be.

 Laura is a specialist in parental mental health, trauma and emotional regulation. The feedback from her sessions have been overwhelmingly positive, with attendees explaining what a difference they have made to their self-understanding and well-being.

Under 1's are welcome to attend with you.
