Sessions run every Sunday until the end of October, except bank holiday weekends.Sessions are available to adults aged 16+. You can bring your own bike, or one will be provided for you.Our Sunday sessions are run by two qualified instructors and will cover:Learn to ride - for those new to cycling. These traffic-free sessions will help you balance, glide and then progress to setting off, pedalling, riding under control and making the bike go where you want.Beginners – develop your cycling skills and confidence. If you can already ride, we can help you develop your skills to include using gears, riding whilst looking all around, and riding on narrow paths such as towpaths. These sessions take place in traffic free environments and towpaths around Leeds Rd Sports Complex.All our sessions are free and you can attend as many as you wish.
