Please arrive promptly for a 7pm Start, as once we start we are unable to admit late arrivals, so as not to disturb the session for others
Wear comfy clothes
For the Sound bath please bring a yoga mat, cushion, blanket and a water bottle,
Sound Therapy is not recommended for anyone in the First Trimester of pregnancy
All under18s must be accompanied by an adult
