A Gong Bath is a therapeutic experience that uses sound waves, generated by various instruments dominated by the glorious sound of gongs accompanied by a large selection of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, drums, waterfall disc, native flutes and voice  to induce a state of deep relaxation and meditation. As you lie comfortably on a mat, you'll be enveloped in a symphony of sound that reverberates through every cell of your being, creating a profound sense of peace and well-being.
