Meet your instructor, Suchan Hong, a certified Tai Chi and Qigong teacher and founder of Sawasdee Tai Chi School Bangkok. Born in Seoul, Suchan completed his training at Balgunvit Tai Chi Academy in Korea before moving to Thailand in 2021. Since then, he has been sharing his expertise through regular classes and hosting international Tai Chi and Qigong seminars.

?️ After the session, stay and unwind with a refreshing Thai herb cocktail at the COMO Rooftop Bar while taking in the beautiful sea view.

Whether you're an experienced practitioner or completely new to Tai Chi, all levels are welcome.

? THB 600 net per person, including a Tai Chi session and a Thai herbal drink.  Join the sunrise Qigong session the following morning and enjoy a special price of THB 1,000 net for both sessions. Advance reservation is required; limited to 20 guests only.
