We will gather inside a crystal grid created to invite a sense of calm. You will cocoon yourself in blankets and whatever else you choose to bring, since there is no movement in this class. We encourage you to get very comfortable while you experience calm soothing energy and deep rest.

Ashley will take you on a journey using Tibetan singing bowls and additional sound healing instruments, while you receive Reiki energy from Heather. 

Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga ma and anything that will make you comfortable throughout this 1.5 hour journey. Limited props available.
