Class starts at 6pm. Howell nutrition offers a variety of shakes, tea and protein snacks incase you need a quick pick me up before class. We will warm up, do a variety of workouts using our kiddos or some weights that are available for parents with older kids. The studio is a safe space for kids to run around, socialize and have fun learning while moms, babysitters and even grandma get fit. I’ll help make sure everyone is safe, moving, grooving and burning those calories. :) 

This class is every Friday at 6pm. Packages will become available in January. :)
