- **Event Description**: We have a fun day planned with canoeing and a group ride of the new flow trails at Proud Lake.


Tentative schedule below:

- 4:00 – Arrival, secure bikes, canoe check-in

- 4:30 – 6:30 – Canoe upriver about an hour to the dam. Return trip downstream.

- 6:30 – 7:00 – Return from Canoeing: Eat snack upon arrival and change clothes

- 7:00 – 8:00 – Proud Lake Ride: All riders will ride to and from Proud Lake. Thrill and Chill routes available

- 8:00 – Conclusion and parent pick up at Heavener’s Canoe Rental


Registration includes canoe rental, snacks, BRAVE/MiSCA swag! 


**Open to girls entering 6th grade or higher**


$20 for MiSCA Members. $45 for non-members. Financial aid is available if cost is a concern.
