This is the vote that will define the future of Howell Township and Livingston County in Michigan.
Rod Bushey Center: 1200 W. Grand River Ave. Howell, MI 48843 on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 6:30 p.m.
On December 8, the Howell Township Board will vote on whether to rezone 1,007 rural acres from Agricultural Residential (AR) to Research & Technology (RT) to allow a massive hyperscale data center campus.
This is our chance to show up, speak up, and ensure our elected officials hear the people they serve, NOT developers, utilities, or corporate attorneys.
We need EVERY SEAT filled and a crowd spilling out the doors.
This rezoning would permanently change Howell Township's character, traffic, water use, and environment.
The moratorium does not protect us. It does NOT apply to this project.
If the Board votes NO, the project is stopped.
If the Board votes YES, we launch a referendum and overturn it, but only if our community is organized and united.
