Proceeds go to the Trisomy 18 Foundation, The Clinton County Special Olympics, and a family in the community with a child who requires regular medical attention.
This year's door donation will go to Dwell, a local organization who helps foster, adoptive, and kinship families thrive. For every squishmellow or lego set you donate you will be entered to win the door prize.
Lily’s Run is in memory of our daughter who was born silently on March 5, 2009. Lily passed away due to a genetic disorder (Trisomy 18) and over the past 12 years we have raised and donated over $50,000 in her name to the Trisomy 18 Foundation, the Clinton County Special Olympics, and multiple families in our community. In the last 8 years we also started a door donation, and, in that time, we have been able to donate hundreds of books to help start a library in Honduras, food items to help with the Blanchard Church of Christ Food Pantry and the Haven Cupboard, school supplies for the Salvation Army afterschool program, pet supplies for the Clinton County SPCA, craft supplies for our local children's library, a monetary gift and toys for the Mark the Shark Toy Drive. This race is dedicated to Lily and all the babies who left this world too soon. Thank you for helping us to keep her memory alive.
