This event is an invitation to slow down, release what no longer serves you, and return home to yourself. Through RESET Breathwork and Sound Healing, you’ll be supported in calming your nervous system, releasing emotional blocks, and creating space for clarity, healing, and renewal.
Whether this is your first experience or you're returning to the practice, this space is open to ALL. Come exactly as you are and allow yourself to be held in safety, presence, and peace.
Breathwork and Sound Healing are powerful holistic practices that can activate physical, emotional, and energetic responses. This experience is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.
