- **Event Description**: Artists of all ages are invited to participate in the Upcycled Art Competition presented by the Friends of the Timothy C. Hauenstein Reynolds Township Library. Registration forms are available at the Circulation Desk at the library. Participants should deliver their artwork and completed artist’s statement to the Reynolds Township Library Program Center during one of the scheduled drop-off times:

- Wednesday, Apr. 15 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

- Thursday, Apr. 16 from  5 to 7 p.m.

Artwork must be delivered no later than 7 p.m. on Thursday, Apr. 16 to be included in the competition.

The entry fee is $10 per artwork, payable at registration (cash or check payable to TCHRTL). Up to three pieces may be submitted per artist. Artwork must be family-friendly and made from at least 90% upcycled materials.

Artists may also call (231) 937-5575 to arrange an alternate drop-off time if needed.

Submitted artwork will be displayed during the Upcycled Art Competition Public Viewing & Community Voting event on Apr. 17 & 18, where community members can view the artwork and help select the winner. The winning artist will receive $100.


All artwork must be picked up by 1 p.m. on Saturday, Apr. 18.
