You will learn more in this class then a one-day four hour class I hold. This class will be held for two days and will be five hours each day. Bring a lunch, snacks, and something to drink if you would like.During the sessions you will learn how to score and break glass, what tools are needed to make a window from beginning to end, cut out pattern pieces, grind glass pieces to fit into a blocked pattern, foil, solder, add brass came around the edges, add hooks, patina (if desired), clean, and final step…wax. Sounds like alot of steps but you will leave on the second day with a beautiful handmade stained glass window.There will be three different patterns to choose from: sailboat, butterfly, or tulip. Each will be approx.. 9 ½”x12 ½”.All supplies are included and there will be different colors of glass to choose from.Please wear comfortable closed-in toed shoes and be 18 years or older. There will be prolonged standing and since there is the use of glass and solder the closed-in toed shoes will protect your feet.Safety glasses (provided) or glasses will have to be worn at all times.Due to the use of glass and solder a Release of Liability waiver will need to be signed before start of class, that I will provide.NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS
