Allow your central nervous system to absorb the vibrations of the gong.You will be lying down relaxing during the hour of sound, so it is highly encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, etc., or whatever you would like to lay on in order to be as comfortable as possible.If you are unable to comfortably lie on the floor, we can have chairs available.Space is VERY limited, so don't wait to get your ticket.
