Texas crooner Boone Carter and his band the Gilded Lows will be kicking off the show with his Goth country band the Guilded Lows.
Boone pushes country to its limits with New Cult Old Cure,
But his solo effort is more straightforward country music with influences ranging from Roger Miller Roy Orbison and of course Johnny Cash . But still not afraid to veer off the beaten path. Focusing on storytelling above all else, Carter crafts melodies that hook you, and throws in a few gut punches along the way.
