The Growth Conference

The Growth Conference is a transformational family-centered experience designed to empower households to build generational legacies through land, learning, wellness, entrepreneurship, and purpose-centered leadership. Hosted by BRP Institute and SOW WELL (Stem in ME, Natural Born Leadership Academy, Girls on the Grow and Passion Garden Farms) this gathering helps families reconnect to their identity, activate their purpose, and create a practical roadmap for thriving across generations.

During this interactive conference, families will explore the foundations of legacy-building—purpose discovery, land stewardship, educational and spiritual growth, and family collaboration. Participants will engage in hands-on activities from the Family Legacy Growth Map Workbook, including identifying unique family superpowers, setting 90-day legacy goals, designing leadership roles for children, and creating a Family Growth Dashboard to track progress over time.

Attendees will also learn how land-based learning, gardening, agriculture literacy, and wellness practices can strengthen family bonds and create long-term stability.
