- **Event Description**: ✨🌳✨Beautiful warmer weather is back and so are the monthly Sound Bath Meditations at Baldwin Park! This wonderful series resumes Wed. March 11, 2026 and continues every 2nd Wednesday of the month. (3/11 RAIN DATE IS 3/18!)

We’ll gather in the beautiful park under the huge blue sky and grounding energy of the 100-year-old oak trees. I’ll create an inSpired analog soundscape with a variety of instruments including gongs that emit interesting layered tones, ethereal crystal bowls to gently soothe, a buffalo drum heartbeat, crunchy shakers and twinkling chimes to downshift into deep relaxation arriving to stillness, silence, peace, and serenity.

We will exhale away the cares of the day and give yourself permission to rest and restore. Relieve physical and mental stress through deep relaxation and allow your body’s healing response to repair and regenerate.

This experience is completely FREE, open to the public, and made possible by the wonderful team at midtownhouston.com. Simply sign up at their website under the “BALDWIN PARK” events.

☺️Bring a mat, cushion, blankets, rugs, pillows, or whatever you need so you can be most comfortable while laying on the ground. Please arrive with enough time so you can set yourself up and settle in.
