As we begin working on a unified vision for inclusive revitalization on one of the city’s most historic corridors, we invite you to take the first step to joining the Connecting Corridors initiative and learn to work collaboratively across disciplines. ULI’s Urban Plan program gives participants exposure to real estate development and an opportunity to gain a shared understanding of everyone’s perspective roles in the process. Using a mock city and a set of development goals, attendees work in groups to navigate the various hurdles that exist in real estate development. In this workshop we will begin building alliances and coalitions across organizations to promote principles and practices with real-world application beyond the conference. This workshop is open to everyone interested in real estate development and corridor revitalization, no skills required.
