Participants will begin by creating an abstract self-portrait inspired by their own experience of self-compassion, using color, shape, texture, words, and symbols to express what it means to meet themselves with kindness and care. Each individual portrait will then become part of a larger collective work of art, connected to the expressions of others and transformed into something none of us could create alone. Together, the finished piece will offer a visual reflection of how the compassion we cultivate within ourselves can ripple outward--deepening our capacity to see, connect with, and care for one another.No artistic experience is necessary.
