This 50-minute technique-based drop-in focuses on exploring the details of pole climbs, inverts, shapes, and tricks.Please note that definitions of beginner, high beginner, intermediate, and advanced often vary from studio to studio. For this class, we recommend that you are able to execute foundational pole spins and transitions on static pole. This class requires pulling bodyweight up and pole holds. This class is not suitable for complete beginners.💙 What to expect:Warm-up and conditioning to prepare your bodyTechnique-based classHigh beginner/intermediate level tricks/spins👜 What to bring:waterhand towel (for sweat)grip aidsocks/exotic platform heels🩱 What to wear: pole gear or fitness attire that allows for ease of movement and skin contactFirst time at the studio? Winter 2013, she joined in co-founding and co-owning one of the most recognizable and successful pole studios in Houston. She departed Revolve in July 2018. Nikki was introduced toSexify Danceby her mentor and instantly fell in love with the vision and mission of the movement.
