Refund Policy

Poetry Lounge Sunday — Refund & Ticket Policy

1) All Sales Final

Tickets to Poetry Lounge Sunday are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased, except in the limited situations described below.

2) Transfers

• Ticket transfers: You may transfer your ticket to another guest at no charge up to 7:00 PM (noon) on event day.
• Date changes: We don’t move tickets between dates. If you can’t attend, you may gift or resell your ticket to a friend at face value.

How to transfer: Forward your ticket email/QR to the new guest. For platform-enabled transfers, use the link in your confirmation email.

3) Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If we cancel the event outright: You’ll receive an automatic credit to attend a future show.
• If we postpone/reschedule: Your ticket will be honored for the new date. If you can’t make it, you may request a refund of the ticket price within 7 days of the new date announcement.

Processing time: Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after they’re issued.

4) Late Arrival & No-Show

• Late arrivals are welcome as capacity allows; entry is not guaranteed once we reach venue capacity.
• No-shows (didn’t attend) are not eligible for refunds or credits.

5) Venue Policies & Ejection

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest for violating venue rules or our Code of Conduct (harassment, disruption, unsafe behavior, use of fake/duplicated tickets, etc.). No refunds will be issued in these cases.

6) Weather & Acts Beyond Our Control

Poetry Lounge Sunday is a rain-or-shine indoor event. If severe weather, city orders, venue issues, or other force-majeure events require cancellation, Section 3 applies.

7) Fees, Discounts & Pricing

• Third-party/platform fees (service/processing) are set by the ticketing provider and may be non-refundable.
• Promo codes/discounts can’t be applied after purchase and won’t trigger partial refunds.
• Door price may differ from advance price; price differences don’t qualify for refunds.

8) Ticket Authenticity

Only purchase through our official ticket page or verified partners. We are not responsible for invalid, duplicated, or scalped tickets.

9) Special Circumstances

We understand emergencies happen. While we can’t guarantee exceptions, you may email us with documentation before the event and we’ll review case-by-case.
