Words of poetry can help connect us precious memories and often turn into words of prayer.In this program Pat will share her love of poetry as one of the gifts God gave her as a companion to her grief after her son, Jeff, died. She will share excerpts from poems that helped sustain her. Participants will be encouraged to read and reflect on poems and prayers offered during this program.Presenter:Pat Timpanaro is a retired nurse educator. She completed the Cenacle SDI program in 2006 and since that time has been involved in spiritual direction, faith share groups, pastoral ministry and grief support groups. She has presented workshops at the National Conference of The Compassionate Friends for the past five years.
