MINDFUL PARENTING


Parenting can be challenging.  You are raising a human being who is unique…and just like everyone else.  Over time, you will see that your children have as much to teach you as you will teach them.  Both of you can grow in exciting new ways if you bring more mindfulness to the process.

Do you want to:


Connect with yourself and become a more conscious parent who is present?

Have more acceptance of yourself, your family and the things you cannot change?

Be less activated by your personal “triggers” in family dynamics?

Become a more confident, happy human “being,” and less of a human “doing?”

Deal with difficult feelings—yours and your child’s?

Communicate your emotions and needs more clearly and effectively?

Welcome conflict and make consequences for behavior a learning experience?


This 6-week course is experiential in nature, always with the option to participate as much or as little as you are comfortable.

TUESDAYS - APRIL 2nd - MAY 7th, 9:30-11:00 AM
