✨ Create a realistic buddy-support plan\
✨ Connect with community beyond caregiving\
✨ Explore ways to ask for and receive support

You are welcome to participate at your own comfort level. There is no pressure to exchange personal information or connect outside the workshop unless you choose to do so.
