Metastatic Breast Cancer Care Regional Workshop (Houston)
Earn *3.0 CNE contact hours while attending sessions on targeted therapies, symptom management, and palliative care strategies.
This half-day event will feature both didactic and participant activities focused on:
Treatment options for advanced or metastatic breast cancer, including combined modality regimens and clinical trial options.
Early intervention approaches for common adverse events from CDK4/6 inhibitors. This will include assessment tools, symptom management, and recommendations for dose modification.
Strategies and resources that will build upon existing skills to discern and offer optimal patient-centered treatment options.
*ILNA categories include diagnosis and staging, disease-related biology, end-of-life, oncologic emergencies, palliative care, professional practice, psychosocial, survivorship, symptom management, treatment, and role of the APN.
This activity has been reviewed by the AAPA Review Panel and is compliant with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 3.00 AAPA Category 1 CME credits.
