INTRODUCTION TO POLE DANCE - BEGINNER POLE DANCE 101 CLASS

Never danced on a pole before? This class is for you!

This is pole dance 101. Learn the basics of pole dancing in this fun 50-minute class. You'll learn a beginner spin and a basic dance sequence. Open to ages 18-108 and all levels of fitness. No prior dance experience is required.

💙 What to expect:

• Warm-up to prepare your body
• Beginner level spin
• Basic, beginner-level dance sequence

👜 What to bring:

• water
• hand towel (for sweat)
• socks/exotic platform heels

🩱 What to wear: fitness clothes, swimwear, sweats

Hi! I'm Nikki Sinamon. I started teaching pole and sensual movement since 2010 and have been honored to guide thousands along their sensual journey to find ease in their bodies. I love what I do and can't wait to share space with you. I guide you through sensual movement on and off the pole and am a certified trauma-informed sensual yoga instructor.
