- **Event Description**: The conversation we had during closing circle last InnerFlow got me thinking about practical ways we can encourage the mind to stop thinking so much and let us be more fully present to the moment, whether we are dancing or doing anything else. And a lot of what I came across this week talked about the importance of persistently returning to our center, with self-empathy, anytime life sends us spinning out of balance. Here is to the endless dance between Scattering and Centering and all the rich contrasts and profound insights that abound along the way, whether we pay attention - or not!❤️??????

We'll start with basic contact improvisation pre-warm-up warm-up (and possibly some form of vocal warm-up too) and continue at 7:30pm for 20 minutes of free warm-up to music, before opening circle launches us into the usual unusual 80 minutes music-propelled movement journey ;)

Attendance to this event is free, with donations to help cover space rental and post-dance-cake ingredients encouraged and welcome ($15-$25 suggested).
