I AM Enough demonstrates and embodies one of self-worth and embracing first YOUR differences. Regardless of your appearance abilities or beliefs everyone is unique able and worthy of respect. I AM Enough is about making peace with your flaws imperfections disappointments and mistakes. It is about remembering the significance of our traumas and healing from the pain. I AM Enough means you do not have to strive to become more worthy valid acceptable or loved. You already are all those things.I AM Enough means showing up for yourself even when you do not want to. It means the REWARDS of living life with healthy boundaries is the key to keeping you safe and practicing intentional self-care. The boundaries we create can do more than keep us safe; they are the tools to pursue our dreams and desires. This also means trusting the process and having faith in yourself and your abilities to create boundaries. I AM Enough means no matter race color gender or creed we can band together and raise our voices for the cause of freeing hearts and minds to rebuild reclaim and restore self-esteem confidence compassion faith hope and love and most importantly share the boundaries that keep us S.A.F.E.This event will provide you with the tools to:•	A strength-based approach to setting healthy boundaries•	Restorative practices for community change/healing work•	Trauma Recovery Empowerment•	The fundamental acts of self-careJoin us for a HEALING cause.
