If you lose your number, you lose your place in line. You may receive a new number but you will not receive the previous number you were given.
You MUST be present to receive your number. Only adults 18+ are allowed to receive a number. One number per adult. 
If you are not present when your number is called, your spot will not be held in line. No exceptions to any of these rules.
