If it's your first time, it is a great chance for you to try pilates for the first time in a place surrounded by good vibes and friends. If you are seasoned, Noorhan will find a way to make it ouch!WHAT DO I BRING? Yourself and a cute outfit! (I am partial to pink and pastels, but bring whatever you want). Everything will be provided for you: mat, towels, equipment and coffee by Buena Vibra Cafe. As a take-home gift, you will be given Third Space Studio socks to take with you! There are also showers at Third Space, so you can get ready there and then head to work.PARKING. Third Space Studios faces Allen Parkway. There is a lot in the back (accross from Clarkwood) where you can park your car. If full, you can find free street parking or paid street parking.
