Cochinita Pibil Taco

Pork shoulder marinated in anchiote paste, Mexican fresh herbs, pickled onions, cilantro, queso fresco, avocado aioli

FIFTH COURSE

Flan De Queso

Baked custard with a layer of caramel on top, fresh fruit, candy ornament

Paired with Taylor Fladgate 10yr Tawny Port
