Sit in on an interactive workshop or wellness discussion, complete a perinatal mental health assessment, or talk with a mental health professional. Visit community vendor tables and learn about available resources, or just skip all of it and walk with us along the outdoor trail while the DJ plays our favorite songs.We also have a mama's respite room, fatherhood lounge, and kids' zone. Kids ages 11 to 13 can join drop-in activities designed for older kids. Every staff member and volunteer working directly with children has completed a background check. Each child checks in with us, and a parent or guardian completes a consent form before they participate, so everyone is accounted for and cared for.Have a little one under 4? Our Mama's Respite Room includes a nursing area, a quiet, comfortable space for moms and babies to take a break together.Come be present.
