**About**
A community evening to share knowledge, get informed and get ready to use our right to vote. Over good food and good company, we'll go through what's on the November 3 ballot, what these offices actually decide, and how those decisions show up in our everyday lives. Some of the Democratic candidates on the Harris County ballot will be there to speak and answer your questions.

Early voting runs Oct 19–30. Come curious, bring a friend, and leave with a plan.

**What to expect**

*   A plain-language walkthrough of your ballot
*   How it hits home
* Hear from and ask questions of Democratic candidates
* Make your voting plan before early voting opens
*   Bites and community

Enjoy live music with Keith Jacobs and the B Sides Band following the event at 8pm.
