- **Event Description**: Join us for our 11th Annual Posadas! This is a premier Holiday event and a culinary experience you don’t want to miss. James Beard Award winner, Chef Hugo Ortega will present a dinner buffet of exquisite dishes and traditional Holiday deserts. We will Start with a Cocktail Hour (private cash bar) featuring Posada-Ritas and other drinks giving our guests time to peruse the Silent auction and raffle items, and popular 50/50 raffle. You will enjoy live entertainment and, after dinner, we will have “Las Posadas” a Mexican tradition of the Nativity. Then feast on the deserts: traditional churros, capirotada , Ponche (add Brandy to make it authentic) and Mexican chocolate hand whipped with the traditional Molinillo.
