In this special Yoga Nidra w/ Subtle Sound event, we will prepare you in the setup of the practice. Haley will vocally guide you through settling into your body, breath awareness, visual imagery, and body scanning. Cecil will accompany the evening with subtle and ambient sounds (singing bowls and more) to help cultivate a richer and deeper layer of sound texture.

Have a light dinner, take a bath, and come in you comfy jammies. Bring your favorite blanket and pillow too. This will be your time to heal, rejuvenate, refresh, and relax in the present moment. Who wouldn’t like a 75-minute Savasana?
