Join Amy for a morning designed to help you find peace in the depths of winter. We will explore the properties of the water element—flow, stillness, and deep renewal—through a guided meditation, reflective journaling, and a 60-minute water-element yin yoga practice. This is an opportunity to learn what it means to be like water—to be both powerful and adaptable—and plant new seeds of intention for the coming season.
