This special session is for women in perimenopause or post-menopause who want a space that feels honest, lighthearted, and genuinely supportive — not clinical, not intense, not another place to perform.

This is a class for real bodies in a real season of change. There’s no pushing, no pretending, no people-pleasing. There’s just cooling down, laughing out loud, and moving in a way that actually feels good.
Come as you are — curious, tired, overheated, hopeful, or all of the above. You don’t need experience, flexibility, or a “yoga body.” You just need permission to exhale.
