Join Seek Up Yoga for a special yin yoga practice accompanied by Annie Voiron with Blissful Elements, who will be playing sound bowls throughout the session. We’ll be practicing directly on the Intracoastal Canal at sunset, offering a unique outdoor atmosphere and arguably the best view in Houma!
This practice is designed to honor the arrival of spring and the gift of longer days, allowing you to settle into stillness as the sun dips below the horizon (with the BEST soundtrack!)

Investment: $35

🪧Registration: Pre - Registration is required. This helps us to prepare for the practice and ease communications.

💵Payment: If you choose to pay via Cash or Venmo, Please select the "Pay Later" option during your online registration.

💵Venmo payments can be made to @Amy-Danigole - please include the practice date in the memo.

💵Cash payments (exact cash only please) can be made day of practice.
Secure Online payments can be made at time of registration. or select "Pay Later" to pay the day of practice with a small processing fee.

🙏Please plan accordingly, as we are only able to offer account credits for future events in lieu of refunds. We appreciate your support in helping us coordinate these unique outdoor experiences!

🧘🏽‍♀️Props & Comfort: I will have some props available to share, but please bring any props you own (blocks, bolsters, blankets, or pillows) to ensure your maximum comfort and support during the long-held yin poses. You may even want to bring your favorite crystals!

🅿️Parking: Do NOT park in the driveway. There is ample street parking available on Dunn—please utilize the street to keep the driveway and neighboring driveways clear.

🚻Facilities: For your convenience, a restroom is located outdoors on the patio.

🚪Entry: Practice is strictly outdoors. Please do not enter the main residence and come directly to the backyard upon arrival.

🙏Arrival: Please bring your own mat and water. We are outdoors in Louisiana, so you may also want to pack your mosquito spray! Plan to arrive a few minutes early to set up and enjoy the view.
