Reclaim is a monthly support group led by Melissa McGlothren, MSW, LCSW, created to give women a safe, supportive space to talk openly about the realities of perimenopause and midlife.
Come connect with women who understand, share what you’re experiencing, ask questions, and simply feel heard, understood, and supported.

🌿 Come every month or drop in when you can.
🌿 New participants are welcome.
🌿 Enrollment is limited.
🌿 Advance registration is required.

This isn't about having all the answers. It's about having a space where you don't have to go through this season alone.
