The experience begins with a cozy evening of tea, reflection, and connection, including guided journaling and a group intention-setting activity. Creative and playful elements are woven throughout, with opportunities for music, sound, and lighthearted games in the dome’s beautiful acoustics.
At sunrise, the gathering continues with a land blessing, grounding practices, and Qi Gong to welcome balance and fresh energy. Throughout the day, you’ll take part in shared rituals involving song, art, visualization, and the symbolic planting of intentions alongside herbs. Nourishing tea, breakfast, and lunch are provided, and the day closes with gentle movement and a sound bath to seal your intentions.
