• 5:00 PM – Audit, Credentials, Resolutions, and Wardens Committee Meetings

• 6:00 PM – Dinner (included with Convention Registration) Menu: BBQ pork, baked beans, coleslaw, dessert, and crowd friendly beverages


• 7:00 PM – 50/50 Baggo Tournament ($10.00 entry fee, two person teams)

• 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM Music, Dancing, and Social

SATURDAY, APRIL 25
Location: St. Mary of the Springs Parish Hall
Dress: Business Casual

• 7:30 AM – Breakfast at Hotel Hot Springs (included with Hotel Registration)

• 7:30 AM – 8:45 AM  Convention Registration

• 9:00 AM – Business Meeting

• 12:00 PM – 1:15 PM  Awards Luncheon
Menu: Chicken cordon bleu, corn, green beans, mashed potatoes, salad, rolls, dessert, lemonade, tea, and water 

• 1:30 PM – Business Meeting

• 3:45 PM – Meeting Adjourned

• 4:00 PM – Necrology Mass @ St. Mary of the Spring Catholic Church
