100% PROXY FRIENDLY. MUST USE OFFICIAL MTG ART.

Rounds are 80 Minute Rounds. 5 Rounds of swiss then cut to top 16.

After 80 Minute Timer Active Player has a 20 minute OT to complete their turn or it will be a draw. There will not be an additional turn.

Win = 5 points Draw = 1 Point Loss = 0 points

This tournament will use the latest competitive REL rules
