On October 10th and 11th, as the harvest moon wanes and the shadows of Michigan grow long, we gather at The Old Church w/ The Purple Door for a transition of profound power. We summon the Purple Door Wytches from across the nation and our cherished local kin to witness our High Priestess as she marks her 60th year and ascends to her rightful throne as a Crone of the Dark Fae Court.

This is more than a birthday; it is a coronation. The Mother of the Coven moves into the sovereign shadow of the Crone, claiming her seat among the high nobility of the Unseelie. We assemble to honor the spiritual architect of our circle as she claims the crown of the ancient woods.

The Sacred Schedule:
Saturday, October 10th: The Day of Transition

9:00 AM | The Morning Gathering: The doors of the Chapel open for "Alchemy & Caffeine." Join us for coffee and breakfast as we welcome traveling wytches and local friends into the morning light.

3:00 PM | The Official Celebration: The music rises and the Unseelie Court assembles. The energy shifts as we begin the formal celebration of Gussy’s 60th year.

At Sunset | The Croning Ceremony: As the sun vanishes and the shadows lengthen, we perform the sacred rite. Witness the High Priestess claim her mantle of wisdom and her throne of shadow in the fading light.

Sunday, October 11th: The Day of Soul Care

11:00 AM | Soul Care Sunday Brunch: We gather to ground our energy. Join us for a restorative feast, storytelling, and shared reflection.

2:00 PM | The Final Blessing: The gates of the court close as we carry the High Priestess’s new light back to our own hearths.
