Join us as we honour the seasonal turning of Imbolc. A time of awakening, renewal, and quiet ignition. Through grounding practices, ceremonial cacao, journaling, movement, conscious connected breathwork, and a divine sound bath held by earth sister and current student Amanda, we will gently bring aliveness to our winter intentions.


This immersive journey is designed to support you in moving forward with alignment, clarity, and truth, guided by the subtle yet powerful energies of Imbolc.


We will close our day in community with a sharing circle, nourishing grounding food, and herbal teas.


Please be aware that the practice of Conscious Connected Breathwork can be powerful and can bring emotions to the surface. Whilst I do try to create a safe container for this journey it is also really important to check in if it's right for you at this time and also commit to looking after yourself during the workshop and the days following. There is never any need to push further than feels right to you.

It is NOT recommended that you do Conscious Connected Breathwork if you have blood pressure or heart issues, have a history of psychosis, severe mental illness, epilepsy, glaucoma or detached retina. An alternative breathing technique will be offered to those who are contact-indicated or feel that the practice isn't for them.
