You move through your days physically tired, emotionally stretched and quietly responsible for everyone around you. And yet — beneath all of that — there is something you long for. Not just keeping everything running. Not just surviving another week. But something deeper. A quiet, persistent call to be yourself again. If this is you, this circle is for you. Next Friday, I’m holding a small circle for a maximum of six women — just before the beginning of the Red Horse Year, a time of movement, courage, and forward momentum.
